My Friend

I had a request to use the My Friend set and this is what I put together for class.  It is such a gorgeous set and I have had it for awhile but sadly this is the first time I have used it.  It is difficult to see in this photo but we highlighted the flowers with Crystal Effects to give them a glossy look.

The Open Sea

With the Summer Mini about to end I wanted to do another card using The Open Sea.  This is such a great stamp set for the ever so difficult male card and fingers crossed it gets taken into the next Catalogue as it is a favourite of mine.  We also made a little gift tag to go with the card.  I am sorry about the photo quality, photography really isn't my thing.

Saved from the Ooops pile

This card was put together out of a few pieces I had started for other projects and for whatever reason wasn't happy with.  I was packing up and thought perhaps I could put some of the bits to use and this is the outcome.

Sending Sympathy

This is the second Sympathy card we have done this term.  Sadly they are something that we need to have but don't like to think about.  I am hoping that this sits in my collection gathering dust for some time.  We used markers to colour the stamp.

Ink:                   Certainly Celery, Wisteria Wonder
Acces:               Polka Dot EF, Clear Circle Bigshot Die, 1 3/8" and 1 1/4" circle punch

Vintage Artistic Etchings

I was in a bit of a vintage mood when I put this card together.  The Vintage Wallpaper Embossing Folder (EF) is definately one of my favourite folders.  We inked this one to add to the vintage feel.

An Early St Patricks Day Card

This card wasn't designed with St Patricks Day in mind but as I was posting it, I thought it would have been very appropriate being all green!  This was a very simple card and it could be adapted to just about any stamp.
