Sale - a - bration Creations

Well I hope this is the first of more frequent postings on my blog.  I got very slack at the end of last year and didn't post for what seemed like Forever!

This was my first week back and we have Sale-a-bration (SAB) happening and Valentines Day coming up so these cards were designed to take care of both.

One of the lovely SAB sets - Outlined Occassions - was just perfect for this simple Valentines card.  I kept this one fairly simple as most men don't like a lot of fuss.

Cardstock:  Crumb Cake, Cherry Cobbler, Very Vanilla, Glimmer Paper
Stamps: Outlined Occassions
Ink:  Basic Black, Crumb Cake, Cherry Cobbler
Access:  Big Shot, Scallop Square Die, Postage Stamp & 1" square punches, heart to heart punch, Vanilla and Cherry Cobbler seam binding ribbon, dimensionals

This years SAB promotion is extra special.  Not only can you get some great stamp sets for free but you can also choose patterned papers, brads and ribbons!  This card uses some of the gorgeous Everyday Enchanted Designer papers and the matching FreshVintage stamp set.

Cardstock:  Poppy Parade, Very Vanilla
Ink:  Poppy Parade, Crumb Cake
Access: Scallop border, 1", 11/4" and 1 3/8" circle punches, pearls

This was the first card I had made for 6 weeks and I had so much trouble getting my mojo happening.  Lucky for me there are so many talented ladies out there in blog land and I went surfing for inspiration.  I just love the Field Flowers stamp set and Alisa Tilsner made a gorgeous card using it so this was almost a direct CASE from her card.  Thanks for the inspiration Alisa.

Cardstock:  Concord Crush, Very Vanilla, Pear Pizzazz
Stamps: Field Flowers, French Foliage
Ink: Pear Pizzazz, Concord Crush, Crumb Cake
Access: 1 3/8" circle punch, Vanilla seam binding ribbon, bigshot, Final Press EF
